Dealerships in Car Dealership Tycoon
One finished Regular lot unlocks the rest of the tycoon tree, including trading.
The dealership is the tycoon half of Car Dealership Tycoon. You claim a plot on a 15-player server, walk over green buttons, and raise a completion percent that is shown at the bottom of the HUD. Platforms on that lot are also your passive income. This page is the build order, the costs, and the unlocks. It is not an interior decorating guide.
Claim a plot and walk the buttons
On the first join you pick a Regular dealership. Later you can switch lots once they are unlocked. Purchases are classic tycoon buttons: walk onto the pad to spend cash. Platforms work the same way. Walk up, open the car picker, and park something you own. Empty pads do not pay.
You do not have to finish all three Regular lots. You have to finish one. That single 100% Regular dealership is the key that opens Police, Fire, Moto, Race, and Hyper, and it is the free way to unlock trading.
Regular lots and what they cost
Approximate total cash to 100%:
| Lot | About this much cash |
|---|---|
| Regular 1 | 1,686,100 |
| Regular 2 | 1,611,200 |
| Regular 3 | 1,737,380 |
Regular 2 is the cheapest of the three. If you are optimizing for trading unlock and you have a choice of empty plots, Regular 2 is the budget path. The buildings look different and the button order is not identical, but the rule is the same: buy platforms early so they earn while you grind the remaining walls.
Foxzie has adjusted button prices in the past. If a live button disagrees with this table, trust the button.
Police and Fire at 98%
Police and Fire are the job lots. Police adds arrest missions at the bank, gas station, and jewelry store. Fire adds blaze calls. Both lots only need 98% completion to count as “done” for progression. That exception matters if you are stuck hunting a last cosmetic button.
These lots can be skip-unlocked for 99 Robux each, along with Moto, Race, and Hyper. Pay the skip if you want the job loop now and you already have cash for platforms. Do not pay the skip on a brand-new account that still has a cheap Regular lot to finish.
Moto, Race, and Hyper
Moto is the motorcycle branch. Race is the racing-themed lot and the home of player-hosted custom races once you own it. Hyper is the end of the tree: about 8,309,000 cash, the largest footprint, and the only lot with an exterior platform in the current layout.
You can skip-unlock each of those three for 99 Robux. Skip-unlock opens the plot. It does not fill the buttons. Hyper still wants millions of cash after you pay the skip. If your goal is trading, skip-unlocking Hyper is backwards; finish a Regular lot instead.
Showcase Garage at 50%
Reach 50% on any dealership and the Showcase Garage appears across your lots. It adds five extra slots: two free, three Zenvo-themed. The three themed pads want Zenvo cars (Aurora Agil, TSR-GT, TSR-GT Foxzie Edition) to match the 2024 licensing drop. The two free pads take normal displays.
Fifty percent is an early milestone worth aiming for on purpose. It is extra passive income before you finish the rest of the building. Park something on the new pads the moment they spawn.
Why completion percent is the real quest
Finishing a dealership does three important things:
- Unlocks the next lots in the tree (one Regular 100% is the usual gate).
- Unlocks trading without buying Trade Tokens.
- Raises how many cars you can display, which is the backbone of the money guide.
It does not require you to own a licensed Pagani or a limited. Buttons cost cash. Cash comes from codes, pads, driving, races, dailies, deliveries, and Auto Drive. Spend on the building until the percent moves, then spend on a car that makes the worst pad better. The starter cars list is for that second spend.
Ford removal and other shop surprises
On 28 May 2025 Ford vehicles were pulled after a copyright strike. Some buttons and shop rows were restocked with unrelated stand-ins. Old YouTube videos that tell you to buy a specific Mustang for a pad are out of date. Use live shop names and the Codex.
Season 32 (September 2026) put a firetruck in the shop and added fog weather. A firetruck is a fine Fire-lot display if you are on that branch. It is not a reason to abandon a Regular lot that is already at 80%.
Practical build order
- Claim Regular 2 if it is free, otherwise any Regular plot.
- Buy the first platforms before decorative furniture.
- Redeem codes and follow getting started so the bankroll exists.
- Push to 50% for Showcase Garage slots and fill them.
- Finish 100% (or 98% on Police/Fire) so trading unlocks.
- Then decide whether Police, Fire, Moto, Race, or Hyper is the next identity.
If you are buying Robux anyway, 2x Money at 399 Robux speeds every button more honestly than a 99 Robux lot skip you cannot afford to fill. VIP at 500 Robux is a mansion and collector cars, not a completion cheat.
Custom races and the Race lot
Custom races are tied to the Racing Dealership. You cannot host them from a Regular lot. If your friends want class-limited lobbies, budget the Race lot after the first Regular finish. Public votes for Circuit, Drag, Drift, and the rest stay available from the HUD on any lot; see races and controls.
Houses are a separate shop purchase and spawn on an outside plot. They are cosmetic flex, not a substitute for dealership percent.
When you are ready to spend the cash you just funneled into walls, read vehicles so the next garage buy actually matches the lot you are building. For patch-by-patch lot changes, use latest updates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, cars, trading, and dealership progress.
Do I need to finish all three Regular dealerships?
No. Completing one Regular lot at 100% unlocks the later lots. Regular 2 is the cheapest of the three at about 1,611,200.
Why is Police or Fire stuck at 98%?
Those two lots count as complete at 98%. You do not need the last cosmetic buttons to progress or to unlock trading.
What does the 99 Robux skip buy?
Early access to Fire, Police, Moto, Race, or Hyper. It does not purchase the buttons inside. Finish a Regular lot first if you only want trading.
When do I get Showcase Garage?
At 50% completion on any dealership. You gain two free slots and three Zenvo-themed slots on your lots.
Does finishing a lot unlock trading?
Yes. Completing a dealership is the free unlock. The paid unlock is buying Trade Tokens. See trading.
How much is Hyper?
About 8,309,000 cash, plus whatever you spent on the skip if you bought one. It is a late goal, not a first-week project.
