Car Dealership Tycoon Gamepasses
What VIP, 2x Money, and the three-spawn pass actually do — and what to buy after codes, not before.
Car Dealership Tycoon is free on Roblox. Foxzie still sells Robux passes that change how fast a garage grows. This page ranks the live passes players actually search for in 2026: VIP, 2x Money, the new spawn up to 3 vehicles pass from the fog week, Trade Tokens, skip-unlocks on specialist lots, and the cash packs that sit next to them in the shop. None of these are required to finish a Regular dealership. All of them can waste a first hour if you buy them before codes and cheap display cars.
The game has been live since 27 March 2018. Servers hold 15 players. The Trading Hub is a separate 32-player place. A pass does not skip that structure. If you are still claiming a plot, read Getting Started first.
What to buy never, first, later
Never first. Cash packs, skip-a-day on Daily Rewards, and a limited sitting in the Robux shop. Those are convenience. They do not build platforms. New accounts should bank working codes and park anything they already own.
First paid pass, if you will keep playing. 2x Money at about 399 Robux doubles dealership ticks and driving cash. It scales with time on the account. VIP at about 500 Robux is the better all-rounder if you also want special colors, a walk-speed bump, a chat tag, and the garage extras that historically came with the pass (luxury hypers and a mansion package have shipped with VIP on older builds — check the live shop card before you assume the exact cars). If you can only buy one, VIP is the usual answer for a player who already likes the loop.
Later. The spawn up to 3 vehicles pass. Extra spawn slots do not print display income. Pads do. The pass is for people who already own a drag car, a drift car, and a daily and hate despawning. Community clips from September 2026 also mention VIP+ / VIP++ adding a fourth slot. Treat that as a live shop check, not a wiki promise — Foxzie can rename the SKU. Pair this with the latest update notes.
Only when you are ready to trade. Trade Token packs skip the “finish a dealership” gate. They do not skip the two-week lock on new cars or the 8 percent token tax. Read trading before you convert Robux into tokens you will overpay with on day one.
2x Money
2x Money doubles cash from display platforms, driving, and race payouts. It does not double Trade Tokens. It does not double Robux limiteds. It makes Auto Drive and a finished lot feel twice as fast, which is why grinders buy it after they understand how to make money. If your pads are empty, you doubled zero. Fill pads with starter cars first.
VIP
VIP is the prestige bundle. Typical live benefits: extra walk speed, VIP tag, special colors (so you can skip a separate color pass), and a set of cars or a house depending on the current shop copy. Older guides listed Bugatti-class VIP cars and a mansion. Foxzie has re-skinned that bundle more than once. Open the pass card in-game. If special colors are already inside VIP, do not also buy the standalone color pass. Cash houses (cottage, big, modern) are a separate spend on houses — they do not tick like pads.
VIP does not complete a Regular lot for you. Fire, Police, Moto, Race, and Hyper lots can still be skip-unlocked for 99 Robux each — that is a different SKU, covered under dealerships. Completing one Regular lot at 100 percent remains the free way onto the Trading Hub.
Spawn up to 3 vehicles
The fog-week pass lets you spawn three cars at once. Racers use it to keep a circuit car, a drag car, and a photo car out without a trip to the garage. Traders use it to show two listings and a daily. It is not Auto Drive. It is not a script. Mixing this pass with auto-farm executors is how people lose the garage they just paid to display.
If you only own one usable car, skip it. If you already swap roles every session, it matches the tier list idea that race jobs do not share a winner.
Trade Tokens and skip-unlocks
Token packs exist so a low-progress account can enter trading without finishing a lot. That is useful for alt traders. It is a trap for a first account that still needs walls and pads. Skip-unlocks at 99 Robux each let you open Fire, Police, Moto, Race, or Hyper early. Hyper still costs millions of in-game cash to finish. Buying the door is not buying the building.
Season / Elite passes (often around 299–399 Robux) buy the current trophy track extras. They expire with the season. Season 32 is the live track as of September 2026. Do not buy last season’s leftover in a YouTube thumbnail.
How this sits next to codes and pads
Redeem FOGISCOMING and the rest of the codes list before you open the Robux shop. Then claim Daily Rewards. Then spend in-game cash on platforms. Then, if you still want to pay real money, pick VIP or 2x Money. Then spawn slots. Then tokens. That order keeps a new player from owning a three-spawn pass and an empty lot.
Official news for new SKUs lands on Foxzie, Discord, and the Updates Hub. Controls do not change because you bought a pass. Vehicles still decide what is worth putting on a pad.
What not to buy
- Fake “free Robux” sites. They are not Foxzie.
- Duplicate color passes if VIP already includes special colors.
- A Robux limited while your Regular lot is under 50 percent. Showcase Garage unlocks at 50 percent and gives more slots for free.
- Executor hubs sold as “VIP scripts.” See the Scripts Hub.
If a lobby seller offers to “drop VIP” in a trade, that is not how Roblox passes work. Passes are account-bound. Gamepass cars became tradable on 11 July 2025; the pass itself did not.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, cars, trading, and dealership progress.
Which Car Dealership Tycoon gamepass should I buy first?
If you will keep playing, VIP is the usual first paid pass. 2x Money is the first pick for grinders who already fill pads. Neither beats redeeming codes and stocking platforms.
Is the three-vehicle spawn pass worth it for beginners?
No. Extra spawns do not earn display cash. Buy it after you own cars you actually want out at the same time. See the latest update.
Does 2x Money double Trade Tokens?
No. It doubles in-game cash from pads, driving, and races. Tokens stay a Robux and trade currency. Details sit in trading.
Can I trade a VIP pass?
No. The pass is bound to the Roblox account. Some gamepass cars became tradable in July 2025, which is a different rule.
Do I need Robux to finish a dealership?
No. Regular lots complete with in-game cash. Specialist lots can be skip-unlocked for 99 Robux, covered on dealerships.
